Ingredients: Dong Quai Root, Chaste Tree Berry (Vitex), Blue Cohosh, Hawthorn Berry, Licorice Root, Motherwort Herb, Yerba Mansa Root, St. John’s Wort Flower, Lavender.

In a base of certified organic, gluten and GMO-free alcohol (30-50%) vegetable glycerin, and distilled water.

Suggested Use: Shake well before using. 1-2 droppers in water or juice three to four times daily or as directed by your health practitioner.*

Blue Cohosh, an American herb, soothes menstrual discomfort and works to balance the body before and during menstruation.

Motherwort Herb has traditionally been used during menopause to help relieve hot flashes, nervous tension, flatulence, and sleep disturbances.

Yerba Mansa acts as a diuretic for bloating and for balancing inflammation.

St John’s Wort Flower, for mood support, and Lavender, for relaxation, round out this balancing blend.
